Even when things seem hopeless, when your motivation has hit rock bottom, when you feel like you just can't go on, remember. Even an inch forward, is still moving forward.

So even the smallest of progress, of accomplishment, is still a positive. Even if it's just so happened to come in a smaller form this time, it can be larger the next time, or not, no one is judging you for moving forward.
